3D Bin Picking refers to the technology that robots use to recognize, select, and pick up randomly stacked objects using 3D cameras and artificial intelligence (AI). It is used in various industries, such as logistics, manufacturing, and automotive industries, and plays an important role, especially in automated production processes.

  • 3D Vision System
  • 3D Camera: Scans depth information and 3D shape of an object.

    Scan data: Determine the position and orientation of the object to determine whether it is possible to work.
  • Robot Arm
  • It works with grippers to hold objects.

    Move based on scanned 3D data to pinpoint objects.
  • Sofeware Algorithms
  • It performs AI and deep learning based object recognition and path computation (Path Planning).

    Includes 3D simulations for collision prevention and task optimization.
